STATE OF THE INDUSTRY – will you tell us why you feel education is important in this industry, and why you’re passionate about education? I have had some great mentors in my life and I feel it’s important to give back. I have been lucky to serve as a mentor to so many young stylists who have gone on to great success. I believe in abundance and sharing. Education elevates the industry as a whole. It inspires and lights a spark. Without it, I believe hairdressers die on the vine.
