Why is education important in the beauty industry?
I believe the second you don’t think you need continuing education you should just retire. Trends are changing so frequently you have to be on the ball or a younger, more motivated stylist will swoop in and take your clients 😉Clients want what they see on social media, tv and magazines. If your not educated on how to do that you’ll miss opportunitys.
