Business ownership is not new to us! We developed and have spent the last 9 years in our Top Franchises USA Consulting business, where we work with over 500 brands and help guide people to finding a business that fits their wish list, passion, and brings them freedom of lifestyle. That is how we were introduced to Image Studios 360! It completely fits with what drives us.
More detail if you so desire…..Prior to launching Top Franchises USA Consulting business. We have owned two successful independent businesses that we created from concept to implementation (a 24/7 Donut & Gourmet Coffee business as well as a High-End Take & Bake Pizza Bistro). In these exclusive projects we created comprehensive business plans, executed entire marketing strategies, designed unique products and menus, developed training and motivational techniques to ensure top productivity of employees.
Tim has extensive background in developing brands and brand management. He spent 13 years at Galardi Group as a Brand Manager of three fast food concepts (Wienerschnitzel, Tastee Freez and Hamburger Stand). With nearly 400 units under his supervision, he reported directly to the CEO. His mission was to re-brand the aging Tastee Freez and Hamburger Stand concepts and to merge the Tastee Freez Desserts into all Wienerschnitzel Restaurants. His responsibilities included bringing all department heads from Marketing, Purchasing, Development, Operations and the Legal team toward achieving brand objectives, growth goals and finally exceeding P&L expectations.
Lisa spent 23 years in leadership roles with Fortune 500 international foodservice brands such as Nestle Brands, Kraft Foods and Pennant Foods, a Custom International Baking Co. She worked closely with multiple large franchise brands such as Subway, McDonalds, Starbucks, IHOP, Carl Jr., Jack in the Box, Peppermill, Harrahs, Ski Resorts, etc in developing proprietary products for the brands.
We are blessed with two kids (Nina & Brandon, and our furry-child, Blanco, the snow dog) We love traveling, skiing, hiking and surrounding ourselves with as much family and friend time as possible.
