Aside from being a dedicated fan of the beauty industry, Faria is also the principal and founder of Hudson Edge Real Estate. Her passion doesn’t end there, she also has a background in fashion marketing management and co-founded the Elan Rose Boutique Inc. A resident of New Jersey, she received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, followed by her Master’s in Business Administration and Finance at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a day-trader for Standard and Poor’s 500 index funds. In addition to serving as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, she is currently pursuing her CCIM designation. Faria’s business acumen is inextricably linked to her personal philosophy: “We rise by raising others.” It is natural for her to bring out the best in other people. She consistently seeks out opportunities to enhance her skills and experience in order to bring her clients the best service she can. Her connection to people is her top priority, making sure she meets their expectations and most of the time exceeds it.
