Kevan Patel is a Real Estate Broker and owner of Central Florida Realty Management, a boutique property management firm in Maitland, FL overseeing over 100 residential and several commercial properties. With over a decade of experience in real estate and hospitality, he also holds an MBA from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. Kevan is active in the local community through leadership with the Institute of Real Estate Management Central Florida Chapter and regular volunteer work with organizations like Second Harvest Food Bank and the Indian American Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Janki a Nurse Practitioner, enjoy spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
