Narayan is a Strategic, Purpose Driven Executive with Leadership experience across multiple industries (Food, Biotech, Consumer, Retail, Pharmacy, Banking & Financial Services), having broad acumen & expertise in developing & executing Strategic plans, P&L Management, Partnerships (M&A), Scaling, Maturing, and Transforming businesses. He has enjoyed assembling and leading high-performing teams to help align them to support the strategic objectives, while being able to consistently deliver near-term results. He has had a versatile experience in scaling, growing, and transforming businesses at different stages (early stage, as well as large mature P&L) over the last 25 years of his professional life. Most recently, he was the CEO of a unicorn Food and Biotech startup up leading the company through large fund raises and enabling the company on its path to profitability and sustenance.
Narayan is married to Rathi and is the proud parent of two teens, Sahana and Shreyas. They live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
