After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication and Marketing, Sierra began her career as an Account Manager at a hotel and destination digital marketing agency. There, she developed a strong foundation in client service, brand strategy, and digital media.
Craving a more hands-on role, she transitioned into the fitness industry as the Marketing Manager for a group of Orangetheory Fitness studios, where she managed local campaigns and community partnerships across multiple locations.
Eager to broaden her professional experience, Sierra joined her family's construction business, Heritage Flooring, working in Sales and learning the ins and outs of the homebuilding and interior finishing industry.
Inspired by her family’s entrepreneurial legacy and driven by a passion for community and creativity, Sierra became an IMAGE Studios Owner in July 2024, opening her first location in Boynton Beach, Florida. She is proud to join several of her family members in bringing the IMAGE vision to life—empowering beauty and wellness professionals to thrive in a space they can call their own.
