Bruna Kazakevic
Recognized for her transformative presence on the dance floor, she is often referred to as the “Shaman of Zouk” for the way she blends technique, artistry, and spirituality into her creations. An actress, administrator, energy therapist, singer, coach, and Brazilian Zouk instructor since 2008, Bruna is one of the key references in the Brazilian Zouk scene. For 15 years, she contributed to the São Paulo community, known as the trainer of the stars of the new generation, having shaped many professionals who now teach and perform worldwide.
She is the co-creator of the Brazilian Zouk Hardcore project — the first school dedicated to training and professional development in Brazilian Zouk & Lambada in São Paulo — where she still works as a remote mentor. Currently, she develops community-based projects in the United States, in cities such as San Francisco (California), Huntsville (Alabama), and Orlando (Florida). A pioneer in Zouk Lady Style, she created in 2015 the first Zouk solo for women and founded Cia KazakeZouk, deepening both expression and technique in solo and partner performances. She is also the creator of the White Dragon Method, which combines movement psychology, art, and human development, offering immersive experiences that integrate technique, artistic expression, and emotional intelligence.
With 19 years of studies dedicated to Zouk, she has taken part in major competitions as an artist, trainer, and judge. Today, she is a board member of the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council (BZDC), Lambada World Dance Council (LWDC), and the National Council of Sport Dance (CNDD). Her journey is marked by pioneering vision and passion, continuing to inspire dancers around the world.
