Originally from the Dominican Republic, Julissa’s journey with makeup began in 2017, when she first became a certified makeup artist. From there, she continued with her passion and became a certified permanent makeup artist in 2023. Additionally, Julissa is certified as a lip blushing artist in the United States, Brazil, and Korea! For Julissa, the most important thing is to enhance beauty, not change it. That’s why she loves helping women feel great about themselves while making their lives a little bit easier with her services.
