Reiki and Energy Healing
Reiki means “Universal Life Energy”. It is a healing method that manipulates energy flow within the body. In a session, I will move my hands just above or lightly touching(with the client’s approval) the client’s clothed body. The intention is to reduce stress and promote healing through a healthy flow of energy. I will remove any blockages or shift the energy to bring you back into balance. Depending on the root cause of the blockage, this can take more than one session.
