I am a licensed massage therapist based out of Nicholasville, KY. I have been in the massage profession for 10 years. I went to school at Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, KY.

I specialize in therapeutic massage. I was trained to deal with chronic pain such as migraines, headaches, TMJ, sciatica, carpel tunnel, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, low back pain, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, frozen shoulder, lactic acid buildup, and ulnar and medial nerve pain. Also, I deal with a lot of people that just carry overall tension in their bodies. A lot of upper body, neck and shoulder tension from every day life is one of the most common issues I address.

I will not be someone that just applies lotion to your body, expect to get worked on. If you prefer Swedish/light touch massage, I have therapists I can recommend to you. I do deep tissue work, but will not bruise you. You may have soreness the next day that would feel like you would after a good workout. Staying hydrated is a key component that goes hand in hand with massage therapy. 🙂

You will also be accompanied in the room by my trusty canine companion Forest. The best 11 year old mutt you will have the privilege of meeting. We hope to see you soon!
