- Nicole Reeves, AKA Honey Laurén, is a perfect storm of small-town charm and big-city style! Her personality is magnetic – her joy contagious! With loads of natural talent and more than 18 years of experience, she now is the proud owner of Honey Laurén – when you’re in her studio, you can just sit back and relax, knowing you’re in good hands. Her philosophy is “Never stop learning – Always keep Improving.” She lives by that maxim and she passes her knowledge along to the next generation of stylists by sponsoring an on-the-job apprenticeship. Nicole’s mission at Honey Laurén is to welcome each guest like family, provide a luxury experience, and leave feeling confident!
- Currin Ryan is a native Austinite and is all-inclusive to anyone who sits in her chair. She lives by the eclecticism that radiates from the city that keeps it weird! You are likely to be besties by the end of your first appointment. She will make your rainbow hair dreams come true, while keeping you informed on the latest reality TV! She trained with Honey Laurén and has worked with her for the past 3 years. You can expect to receive the same great care whether it’s a soft balayage or a bright pink shag, she’s got ya covered!
- Melissa Beebe is a stylist, comedian and extension extraordinaire! She has been behind the chair for 7 years now, styling, highlighting, and feathering her way through the world of beauty. Melissa is 3 times certified in hand tied extensions and is constantly looking for the next best thing. She is also up for any hair color goal you send her way, but her biggest goal is to help you get the healthy hair of your dreams! In her spare time Melissa loves to explore the city, hop in the water or finish one of her 20 constant art projects. You’re always free to be yourself in her chair!
- Micah Hart has been a stylist for 6 years but has always had a passion for art and a flair for style & beauty! A Certified Master Colorist who specializes in all shades of blonde and vivid colors, she loves working with all the colors and shades in between. Her goal as a stylist is to educate her clients so they can care for and love their hair in order to feel their very best. Outside of work, Micah enjoys spending time with her friends and family, tending to her growing plant collection, catching live music, and enjoying Austin’s food scene.
- Perla Rodriguez left the corporate world of ten years to pursue her lifelong dream of being in the beauty industry. A true Austinite, Latina, and the youngest of 4, she can definitely communicate and bond with anyone sitting in her chair. She is so proud to be a part of this industry that can provide change and life back into someone’s day whether that be with a cut or color.
- Katy Reddell specializes in blonding, balayage, handtied extensions, and special occasion glam! In addition to her cosmetology license, she also has a certification in makeup artistry from Makeup Designory and has glammed over 100 brides each year! Being able to use her talents to make others feel beautiful and confident is such a special gift to her! When she’s not behind the chair she can usually be found with her camera in hand, traveling, or spending time with family & friends.
- Linda Matthews has been doing hair for 23 years and specializes in all things hair! She loves helping her clients reach their ultimate hair goals. Linda is originally from Manchester, England and has been living in Austin for the last 15 years. When she is not behind the salon chair, you can find her spending time with her husband and fur babies on hiking trails, hanging out in nature, and working on her leather goods business, Linda Matthews Leather.
- Kyle Grode has been behind the chair since he was a teenager, and has been incredibly passionate about the beauty industry since childhood. Born & raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Kyle obtained his cosmetology education and license from Paul Mitchell the School. He practiced his craft in the heart of Las Vegas’ Art District before starting life anew in Austin, Texas in 2021. Kyle joined the Honey Laurén team in 2023, and specializes in blonding, creative color, and bespoke haircuts. He loves anything fun, unique, & edgy while still appreciating looks that are more timeless and enhance natural beauty. Outside of the salon, you’ll find him painting, reading a book, laying out by the pool, thrifting, or cuddling with his sweet kitties Boba and Mia Goth.
